Dragon Claw is a national charity registered with the Australian Charities and not-for-profit Commission with ANB 73621371775. We will hold the information you provide us in an encrypted database. This includes registration data, text and video material you load on to Dragon Claw. We will not knowingly release this information to third parties such as advertisers, insurers, medical authorities or your friends. You will not be able to ask us to release such material.
In order to make the Site and your use of it more efficient we may use small applications called Cookies. These may be placed on your computer and aids in logon and security. Many banks currently use cookies to enable Internet based banking. You can delete these at any time. We will not be held responsible or liable for failures or operational problems in the way your computer may or may not operate.
If you are worried about being involved with Dragon Claw, then don’t join.
You will have the opportunity to share your information with other registered users, to place details in a blog, to answer questions and to submit material. Much of this opportunity will be driven by your participation on the site. The type and level of your participation is entirely up to your own discretion. Dragon Claw will not be held liable if another user abuses their privileged position and knowingly or unknowingly shares your information outside of the Dragon Claw web site. We simply provide a platform and venue; it is up to you to enjoy the site. We will monitor use and presented material. Anything we find offensive, against Australian Law or not in the spirit of Dragon Claw will be removed by us. Our decision will be final and not open to appeal.
We will notify you first about opportunities to share your information with third parties before we do anything (for example, for a clinical trial). We will seek your written permission via email. If you believe personal information we hold about you is not up to date or is inaccurate, you may ask us to correct it. You may ask us to provide you with details of the personal information we hold about you, and copies of that information. We will respond to your request and attempt to provide you with the data within 90 days of receipt of your request.
For legal purposes, you (a) consent to receive all communications from us, including any possible newsletters or messages about security incidents, in electronic form via your account in the Site or via the email address you submit when you register, and (b) agree that all Terms, agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if they were in writing. Emails we send to you will contain an easy unsubscribe method so that you can opt-out of the subscription. Simply follow the indications in the email.

Governing Law and Venue: The laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the applicable laws of New South Wales shall govern this Privacy Policy. All disputes arising under, or in any way connected with membership in or use of the Site, shall be litigated exclusively in the state court residing in New South Wales, and in no other court or jurisdiction.
